He has worked in the IT sector since 1991, spending 4 years as a freelance programmer/network consultant. In this time he has had a wide range of experience from developing large TCP/IP networks and teaching C/C++ programming.

He joined CEQURUX in 1999 as one of the founding partners. Paul graduated from Stellenbosch University in 1983 with a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering. In 1987, he formed a private consulting company, Free Range Computer Systems. In 1993, he co-founded TICSA, South Africa's first commercial Internet Service Provider (ISP). He has developed software for newspaper typography, networking, television data broadcast, and other purposes, and has done much consulting on network design and implementation.

Dr. Graham Wheeler, Consultant:

Graham Wheeler obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town in 1993, and shortly thereafter co-founded Citadel Data Security, which was sold to CEQURUX Technologies in September 1999. Graham was responsible for most of the software that makes up the CEQURUX Firewall, and although he is no longer an employee, he still provides us with the benefit of his experience and expertise.
