CEQURUX Software Licence Agreement

The CEQURUX Firewall or VPN Gateway, hereafter referred to as the software, is licensed to you by CEQURUX Technologies.
This Licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
This Licence allows you to use the software on a single machine.
By installing and using the software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this licence.

Licence Termination

This Licence is effective until terminated.
You may terminate this Licence at any time by destroying the software and related documentation.
This Licence will terminate immediately without notice from CEQURUX Technologies if any of the terms laid out herein are violated.
Upon termination of this Licence you must destroy or return all copies of the software and related documentation.

Restrictions on Use

This software contains copyrighted material.
You may not reverse engineer, disassemble or in any other fashion reduce the software to a human-readable form.
You may not modify, hire, lease, loan, sell or or create derivative works, based in whole or in part upon the software.
You agree to acknowledge that any and all of the copyrights, trade marks, trade names, patents and other intellectual property rights subsisting in or used in connection with the software, including all documentation and manuals relating thereto, are and remain the sole property of CEQURUX Technologies and/or the owners thereof.

Disclaimer of Warranty

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the CEQURUX software is at your own risk.
The software and related documentation are provided as is and without warranty of any kind.
CEQURUX Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
CEQURUX Technologies does not warrant that the functionality contained in the software will meet your requirements, that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or bug-free, or that any defects in the software will be corrected.
In addition, CEQURUX Technologies does not warrant the use or results of the use of the software or related documentation in terms of its correctness or reliability.
Should the CEQURUX software prove defective, you assume the full cost of all servicing, repair or correction that may result from use of the software.

Limitation of Liability

In no event unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing will CEQURUX Technologies be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software (including but not limited to loss of data, data being rendered inaccurate, losses sustained by you or third parties, or inability of the program to operate with any other programs), even if the licence holder or other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Licence Scope

This Licence constitutes the entire agreement between the users of the software and related documentation.
This Licence supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral with respect to the software.
No amendment to this Licence will be binding unless in writing, signed by a duly authorised representative of CEQURUX Technologies and witnessed by a third party.

You shall not assign or transfer all or any part of this software to or this licence without prior written consent of CEQURUX Technologies.
Failure or neglect by CEQURUX Technologies to enforce at any time any of the provisions hereof shall not be construed or deemed to be a waiver of CEQURUX Technologies' rights hereunder nor in any way shall it affect the validity of the whole or any part of this licence nor prejudice CEQURUX Technologies' rights to take subsequent action.
