The elm mail client is a well-known UNIX mail client. It is beyond the scope of this help file to describe how to use elm; users should be familiar with mail client programs and the vi screen editor. Within elm, you can use `?' to get some help. To quit, saving any changes to your incoming mail folder, use `q'; to quit without saving the changes, use `Q'.
